FastPass provides a secure, client-side password generation engine. All password generation occurs locally within your device — no passwords are ever transmitted to our servers, stored, or logged. 3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords you generate and for any activities that occur under your accounts. FastPass is a tool to assist you, but ultimate security depends on your proper storage and handling of credentials. We strongly recommend using a reputable password manager.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer our client‑side scripts, using automated systems to overload our infrastructure, or employing generated passwords for illegal activities. Any violation may result in termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and code related to FastPass (excluding third‑party libraries) are owned by FastPass. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our interface or branding without explicit written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we employ industry‑standard cryptographic methods, no security system is 100% infallible. FastPass disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all risks associated with password security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including data breaches, loss of accounts, or unauthorized access, even if advised of the possibility.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted with the effective date. Continued use of FastPass after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
